Manufacturer's Warranty
All HAVAL products are covered by a 5-year/100 000 km whichever occurs first.
Your HAVAL warranty provides peace of mind and protects you against any unforeseen costs or failures due to manufacturing defects, defective materials and workmanship under normal operation and service excluding any wear and tear, accident damage or owner maintenance. Under the warranty, any necessary repairs are done at no cost to you.
This Warranty applies and will only be valid on a vehicle, where all servicing, maintenance, corrosion inspections and replacement of parts are carried out in accordance with the specific Haval Service Schedule for the specific vehicle and at the prescribed service interval (e.g. every 15,000km or 12 months) including recorded on the service schedule.
The Body and Corrosion Warranty applies and will only be valid on a vehicle, if all warranty related body and paint defects including insurance covered vehicle accident repairs are carried out at a Haval Approved Body Repairer. Service and Maintenance

All our Haval Dealers have trained and experienced technicians who know your Haval best and always follow the correct procedures and service schedules using specialised tools and diagnostic equipment from Haval.
For complete peace of mind and value, Haval recommends that you always service, maintain and repair your vehicle at a Haval Dealership throughout the lifespan of the vehicle at the prescribed interval according to the specific service schedules.
This is to ensure that the vehicle is inspected and components are replaced or maintained (e.g. all filters, oil, spark plugs, coolant) at the correct time and mileage as per schedule to ensure the vehicle will continue to serve the owner economically with reliability and component durability. Furthermore, lack off or late servicing causes premature wear and tear of components and long-term damage. In addition, a vehicle could be subject to safety recalls, service product updates or other such as software updates and if the vehicle is not presented on time for service, it could fail or start to have drivability concerns. Indirectly too, any vehicle which is not serviced or maintained on time will not perform at its optimum and will become uneconomical.
Unfortunately, failing to have the vehicle serviced, maintained and corrosion inspected, within 1500 km or 1 month of the stipulated service interval, may invalidate applicable warranties or an owner may only have proportional warranty cover for failures.
It is important to note that if any warranty related repairs or claims are to be validated and approved by Haval, then proof and record of all services, specified parts, oil grades, fitments, checks and work carried out in accordance with the specific Service Schedule for your vehicle will always be required.

Our road side assistance is provided by AA, which covers the below items:
Petrol and Battery Service
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. The primary objective of the AA road patrol and hybrid van fleet is to effect on-the-spot mobility at the roadside. 95% of vehicles which patrol vans are dispatched to be mobilized at the side of the road. The service is available in the major metropolitan areas of Gauteng (Johannesburg & Pretoria), Vaal Triangle, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein and Polokwane. Some of the services offered include: change of flat tyre, out of fuel - provision of fuel to a maximum of 10 litres jump-start, mobile battery replacements (battery replacement at customers own cost, or this can be arranged on an account basis with HAVAL), key lockout service, minor roadside running repairs.
Lock Smith Service
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. In the event that an AA Road Patrol is unable to open a vehicle to retrieve the keys, or should the incident have occurred outside of an AA Road Patrol operating area, the AA will dispatch an AA Accredited Locksmith service provider to the incident scene to open the vehicle. The AA will cover up to R438 (incl VAT) of locksmith costs. (Keys lost; stolen; Ignition damaged; locks damaged due to attempted theft will be considered insurable risk and the cost for the locksmith or towing will be for the clients insurance or clients account).
Tow Truck Service
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. The primary objective of the AA towing fleet is to tow the vehicle to the closest HAVAL approved dealership to the breakdown scene. The service is available in the major metropolitan areas of: Gauteng (Johannesburg, Pretoria and Vaal Triangle) Cape Town Durban Bloemfontein Pietermaritzburg Polokwane Nelspruit (Mbombela) Rustenburg Port Elizabeth East London.
Electrical/Mechanical Break Downs
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. The primary objective of the AA’s accredited tow contractor fleet is to tow the vehicle to the closest HAVAL approved dealership to the breakdown scene. Should the dealership or place of repair be closed overnight (weekdays), or on a weekend or public holiday, the AA will tow the vehicle either to an AA depot, if an AA tow-truck is used, or if an appointed contractor is used, to the contractors safe yard for overnight storage. Once the dealership is open, the AA will tow the vehicle to the dealership.
Accident Towing
In the event of an accident, the AA will make arrangements by either conference calling the customer with their own insurance or if requested by the customer to arrange to have the vehicle towed to the nearest AA Quality Assured (AAQA) or HAVAL accredited panel beater to the accident scene. If the AA is requested to tow the vehicle, the costs of the tow will be for the customer’s own account. Accident tow costs will always be at a market related cost. The service is available throughout South Africa, Lesotho and Swaziland.
Stand By You Service
AA Stand By You provides roadside security to customers when they feel unsafe at the side of the road. An armed guard will Stand By You until the AA patrolman or tow truck arrives. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The service is available in the major metropolitan areas of Johannesburg, Pretoria, Midrand, Cape Town, Paarl, George, Hermanus, Port Elizabeth, Durban, Pietermaritzburg and Bloemfontein.
